Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the status of my order?

We will send you an email confirmation regarding the status of your order. If you have not received your email confirmation be sure to check your junk or spam folder. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Blue Sky Scrubs account.

2. If I pay for 2 Day Express or Standard Overnight shipping, how soon will I receive my order?

We ship all orders within 1 business day. Orders placed prior to 11am CST will ship the same day, otherwise it will ship the following business day. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday only, and weekend delivery is not available at this time.

3. How do I process a return or exchange?

Please visit our website at https://www.blueskyscrubs.com/returns-exchanges/. From this link, you can print a return form and shipping label. Items must be returned within 30 business days of the date you received your order. Returned items must be in brand new condition without having been worn or washed to be accepted.

4. How quickly does Blue Sky ship orders?

We ship all non-customized orders within 1 business day (Monday through Friday).

5. Does Blue Sky offer weekend delivery?

We do not ship orders on the weekends, and we do not offer weekend delivery at this time. Regardless of shipping method, all orders will be delivered Monday through Friday only.

6. If I purchased custom scrubs, how long will it take for my order to ship?

All custom items take 6-8 weeks to be specially made by our manufacturer. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped. You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your Blue Sky Scrubs account.

7. How long will it take my order to ship if I order items with embroidery?

Orders with embroidery take 1-2 weeks to be processed. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

8. How often does Blue Sky restock hat patterns?

We add new designs a few times per week, sometimes daily. We suggest checking back often for the newest styles. Please note, we do not always restock old patterns as we like to keep our selection unique and fresh. If there is a pattern you are looking for, but it is not available for purchase feel free to email us at info@blueskyscrubs.com. We can always add you to our waiting list so that if the pattern gets restocked in the future we can notify you by email to let you know.

9. Will you be restocking scrubs, jackets, or lab coats that are sold out?

This fully depends on the collection. We recommend emailing us at info@blueskyscrubs.com, let us know which item(s) you are interested in, and we can let you know if and when the item(s) will be restocked.

10. FedEx is showing my package was delivered but I cannot find it. What should I do?

Typically FedEx likes to hide packages from people that are passing by. We suggest taking a look around your entire property just in case FedEx hid your package. We also suggest checking with anyone who lives with you, or any neighbors, to see if someone may have picked up your package. If you are still unable to locate your package please contact us at 1.888.302.5837 or info@blueskyscrubs.com, and we will begin an investigation with FedEx.

11. What methods of payment does Blue Sky accept?

The information necessary to process an order on the Blue Sky Scrubs website includes your billing address, shipping address, and payment details. You may pay for your order via credit card or any other manner that is available on the site including, but not limited to: PayPal, Apple Pay or Amazon Pay.

12. What are the payment terms when ordering through a third party on the Blue Sky website?

Should the customer use a third-party payment service such as Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal, the customer is subject to the terms of service associated with that payment provider.
