Carbs and protein all at once, both great sources of energy! That’s what this snack provides. It’s tasty and easy to pack on the go; what’s not to love here?

Cheese

...in any form! Cubes of cheese, slices of blocked cheese, however you prefer! Just make sure you’re snacking so you can keep your energy up! You don’t want to doze off or even feel like dozing off!

Peanut Butter and Celery

Yes, of course we’re revisiting the peanut butter; it’s a great source of protein. And yes, we know that celery doesn’t have any calories, but it’s full of water and that can be very hydrating. Have you had enough water during this shift? Probably not. Grab a bottle and this delicious snack!

There are so many different types of apples out there, and so many types of nut butters! You have plenty of options here, and it makes a yummy snack mid-shift when you need a fruity pick me up!

Yes, leftovers, that chicken you cooked last night. If you can sneak away for a moment to take a break and pull out your tupperware, go for it! It’ll certainly give you enough energy to make it through your night shift.
