Making a Return or Exchange
Start by making sure you’re within thirty days of your original purchase date. Then you’re all set. There should have been a return form included with your order. Start by filling that out. And don’t worry; if you’ve lost yours, you can find one here. The next step you’ll take is printing a UPS prepaid label, which we’ve left for you here. Shipping is free on returns and exchanges. Lastly, package your items and drop them off at any UPS drop off location! You’re done!
Of course, there are some stipulations on returned scrubs. For instance, you must be within thirty days of your purchase date, as we mentioned before. Embroidered scrubs cannot be returned, as well as customized scrubs. And, since they’re going to be used, scrubs that have already been worn cannot be returned. We have to keep everything sanitary, friends!
