Hey you! Yeah, we’re looking at you. You’re a customer. You know how difficult it can be to make a return or exchange after you’ve purchased something. That’s where Blue Sky Co. comes in; we make it super easy peasy. The most important thing to us is that we outfit you in the correct scrubwear (even if we have to customize!) and provide you with exceptional customer service! Returns and Exchanges: The How To

To put it simply for our customers, we’ve broken down this process into four simple steps. Step one is to complete the return order form that was included in your package. But if you’re like the rest of us and have already thrown away the packaging, you can download one here. Next, you’ll need to print a UPS prepaid label, which can be found here. Don’t worry; shipping is free on returns and exchanges. Next, or- Step three, is to package your products in whatever packaging is available (complete with your order form), and finally (step four) drop it off at any UPS drop off location!

Policies Regarding Returned Scrubs

Of course, with our returns and exchange policy comes a policy regarding returned scrubwear. For instance, the scrubs must be clean, sterile, and never worn before as they will be worn in sterile environments. Embroidered scrubs may not be returned, as well as customized scrubs. And lastly, make sure you’re making your return/exchange within 30 days of your purchase!

If you do need something special out of your scrubs, Blue Sky Co. offers customizable scrubs! No, they can’t be returned- but after being made, they should fit you just right.
