Peanut Butter and Celery

Who doesn’t love peanut butter? Peanut butter is packed with protein, which helps keep your energy up, up, up! You can dip it in celery and pack it in a ziplock bag, or even prepare a peanut butter and jelly sandwich; those are quick and easy to prepare and eat! It’s versatile, loaded with protein, and delicious; you can’t go wrong.

Yogurt and Granola

Another protein-filled snack, yogurt, goes great with granola and is very healthy. There are dozens of flavors available, and you can try different types of granola, too! Try it; you’re bound to love it. And it’ll help you stay energized until the end of your long, enduring shift.

Trail Mix

You have so many options with trail mix; you can go the traditional route, or add in chex mix or other snacks that you like! You can also add in chocolate candies for that sugar rush that you can’t stand to go without!
