How Do I Make a Return or Exchange?
We’ve tried to make this process as hassle-free as possible, and we think we’ve succeeded. To make a return or exchange, start out by filling out the return form that was included with your order. Don’t worry, if you don’t have the form, you can download one here. Next, you’ll need to print a UPS prepaid label that you can find here (shipping is free on returns and exchanges). Finally, package up your products and drop them off at any UPS drop off location! Easy peasy, right?
What Are the Stipulations on Returned Scrubs?
Of course, there are some guidelines and stipulations when it comes to returning medical scrubs. For instance, they need to be in new condition, as they’re going to be worn in clinical environments. Handmade, embroidered, or customized scrubs cannot be returned. And of course, you’ll need to process your return/exchange within 30 days of your original purchase!
