Rules & Restrictions

Orders shipping to an APO/FPO military address or PO Box may only be delivered via the US Postal Service and can not be expedited.

Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday-Friday, excluding United States Federal Holidays.

Estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items only and does not apply to customized items.

Shipments of orders to P.O. boxes or APO addresses are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Alternate delivery options are not available for these addresses and delivery time may vary.

Tracking Your Order

You may begin tracking your order within 1-2 business days depending upon the delivery service selected.

Orders placed may be delivered by one of the several different carriers and shipping methods. Tracking availability may vary depending upon the shipping method selected and the final destination.

Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.

Backordered Items and Custom Scrubs or Other Customized Items

It may take several shipments to complete your order, but please note that the total shipping and handling charge will not increase.

All backordered items ship out when they become available via the initial delivery method selected.

blueskyscrubs.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders of $155 and over (excluding taxes). Orders totaling over $155 always ship for free—no promotion code needed.

Free Shipping Details: blue sky scrubs' Free Shipping offer is valid on all orders subtotaling $155 or more. This applies to UPS Ground shipping in the U.S. and UPS standard shipping for orders shipped outside of the continental United States. The $155 threshold applies to merchandise only. Gift certificates and taxes do not count toward the qualifying amount. The total order amount after any discounts are applied must be more than $155 to qualify. To participate, simply add merchandise to your shopping cart and select 'free shipping' during checkout. Free shipping offer is not valid for cash. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.

For orders over $155 who opt out of the free shipping offer, please note that the normal shipping rates will apply.

Processing Time

All UPS Second Day and UPS Next Day Air orders placed before 11:00am Central time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, all orders will be shipped within one business day.

Returns & Exchanges are always free.

Due to government regulations, all orders over 13 oz. cannot be shipped via USPS First Class.

• All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
• Orders with Overnight or Second Day Service may require a signature upon delivery.
• Overnight or Second Day Service is not available for shipments to APO / FPO, P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories and certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii.

International Orders

Payment for the order is in U.S. funds. Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carrier will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. For more information about duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package. All orders received prior to 11:00am Central Time Monday through Friday, are processed within 1 business day.
