Custom Embroidery by blue sky scrubs

We are happy to provide custom embroidery on orders of at least 20 items. Please upload your logo and add to shopping bag.

Adding embroidery to your order will add roughly an extra 5-10 business days before we are able to ship your items.

The cost for adding a LOGO is $5.00 per logo, per item embroidered, with a one-time digitizing fee of $35.00.

The cost for embroidering a name onto your scrub item is $5.50 per item. Please click here to add personalized name monogramming to your scrub order.

**During checkout, update the embroidery quantity to the appropriate number of items that you would like to have embroidered.
Example: if you order 20 scrub tops, you will need to update the total of the embroidery to 20 in order reflect the same quantity.

Monogramming fees are not eligible for bulk discounts; the scrub items in your shopping bag will be discounted, but not the monogramming charges.
