If you have signed up for an account at blueskyscrubs.com, you may choose to initiate your return or exchange request by logging into your account and following the form instructions. From there, you can specify which item(s) you are returning or exchanging and how you would like for us to process your request. Once you have filled out the form, simply print or email the pre-paid postage return label, affix the label to your package and drop it off at any UPS Store, UPS drop box, UPS customer center, or hand it to any UPS driver. There is no charge to print and use the label. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. For orders placed with a credit card, your account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. If an item is returned more than 90 days after purchase, a return will be administered in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase. Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed. When making an exchange request, please note that not all colors are available across all styles, so you should first visit the desired style section of our website to select your color preference. It is also helpful to list a second choice in the event that we have run out of your first choice before we receive your exchange request.
