Estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order; no additional shipping charges will be added for multiple shipments.

All UPS Second Day and UPS Next Day Air orders placed before 11:00am Central time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, all orders will be shipped within one business day.

All UPS orders include a return label for your convenience.

Due to government regulations, all orders over 13 oz. cannot be shipped via USPS First Class.

International Orders

Payment for the order is in U.S. funds. Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carrier will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. For more information about duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package. All orders received prior to 11:00am Central Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 3 business days.
