Name Monogramming

We are happy to provide your group with monogramming. Please specify on which items we should add embroidery. Each name will need to be added separately. If we are monogramming multiple items with the same name, please be sure to change the quantity of the monogramming to coincide with the number of items we will be monogramming with that name (example: 5 scrub tops with the name "Dow Jones, MD" -- you will need to update the quantity of the monogramming to "5" in your shopping bag so that we are sure to monogram each of the 5 tops.) You can update the quantity in your shopping bag after you select "add to bag." If the options you would like are not present on this page, please add more information in the comments section at checkout.
